Protien Food for Vegans

Chicken, Mutton and eggs are high in protein. So.. most people do not like to eat these. But Protiens are a must for everyone. Because all we need is energy, we need to do things, we need to be strong muscles. It is difficult if there is no protien in the body. Boys need 56 grams of protein per day. Girls need 46 grams.

People who eat chicken and mutton do not have protein deficiency. Eating at least gooda can cover this error. Those who do not like to eat anything must take a special diet. Since we do not have any health problems when we are strong and energetic.... lets know what kind of vegetarian diet to take for proteins. 

1. Peanuts

These contain lots of protein. almost equivalent to chiki. 10 grams chicken contain 27 grams of protein. In the same 100 grams of peanuts contains 26 grams of protein.

2. Almonds

Almond beans are rich in vitamins, minerals and proteins. 100 grams contains 21.15 grams of protein. The same 100 grams of eggs contain 11 grams of protein. So almonds are mostly eaten hot. So eat up to 4 a day.

3. Soaked  Black Peas

Soaked over night and eaten in the morning for full energy, 100 grams of peas contain 17 grams of protein.

4. Oats

Nowadays people are consuming more oats. Because the benefits with them are such. They contain Fiber, Magnesium, Manganese, Thiamine and Vitamin B1. 100 grams of oats contain 16.9 grams of protein.

5. Cheese

Those who do not like it are less crowded in India. 100 grams of cheese contains 14 grams of protein.

6. Rajma

These are also known as Kidney Beans. They are rich in potassium, calcium and protein. Rajma soup or curry is enough to eat... a lot of energy comes. 100 grams of rajma contains 9 grams of protein.

7. Quinova

These re called super food. This means that such food must be eaten. It is rich in vitamins and minerals. Antioxidants are also high.
